El pasado 9 de septiembre Surya Oruganto llamó a un servicio Uber y se llevó la sorpresa de que su conductor apareció borracho.
“Tuve que detener el automóvil a un lado de la carretera y conduje todo el camino a casa", escribe este joven en su cuenta de Twitter, quien había pedido que lo recogieran en el aeropuerto de Kempegowda, en Bangalore, India, informa la agencia Ruptly.

El equipo de seguridad de Uber India escribió a Oruganto diciéndole que él no tenía por qué haberse hecho cargo del vehículo. Las opiniones en la red son encontradas, unos coinciden, por tratarse de protocolos de seguridad y al mismo tiempo para hacer que el conductor se haga responsable de sus acciones, otros consideran que lo importante es la solidaridad y respeto de Surya y que la empresa más bien debería haberle agradecido.
